A photo of a backpack already on the market works as a starting point too: we match it to the closest pattern we hold and rebuild it around your brand.

Launching a private label backpack in six steps

Pick the base styleBrowse backpacks on our shelf by use — laptop, tactical, roll-top, anti-theft, travel. Or send a photo of a backpack on the market you want to be close to, and we point you to our nearest pattern.
Decide what to changeColourway, fabric (600D or 900D polyester, nylon, or RPET fabric from GRS-certified suppliers), pocket layout, strap padding, hardware, dimensions.
Brand itMain logo by embroidery, rubber patch or print; a woven label; custom zipper pullers; printed lining; a hangtag. Methods compared in logo customization.
Approve a branded sampleUSD 30–300, refunded on the bulk order. The approved sample becomes the standard your bulk goods are checked against.
Produce1,000 pieces per style, 25–30 days after sample approval. Stock colours can often be split within one style; custom-dyed fabric needs the full quantity in one colour.
