At 500+ pieces, most custom bags from a Chinese factory cost between USD 1.50 and 25 per piece: foldable bags run USD 1.50–8, custom backpacks USD 2–15, and business or laptop bags USD 3–25. The price is built from five drivers: materials, sewing labor (which scales with construction complexity), logo application, packaging, and quantity — small runs carry fixed setup costs across fewer pieces.
