Two acronyms, one decision: how much design do you bring? Here's what each route costs in time and money — and the modify-an-existing-style middle path that most real orders take.
OEM means the factory builds your design from a tech pack, sample or reference; ODM means you customize the factory's existing designs with your branding. ODM is faster and cheaper because the pattern exists and the line knows the style. The most common real-world route is the hybrid: modify an existing style — pockets, straps, fabric, dimensions — and get OEM-level differentiation at near-ODM cost.

If yes — you're a bag brand and the silhouette is your identity — go OEM and own it. If the bag carries your brand rather than being it (gifts, merch, corporate programs), ODM or hybrid gets you there weeks earlier and meaningfully cheaper.
ODM: browse the 170+ style shelf and send a code. Hybrid: same, plus your change list. OEM: send the tech pack or reference — process and fees on the sample page, full timeline on lead times.
