YT-03077Screen size is a marketing figure; what has to fit is the machine's footprint and thickness. These are the internal sleeve dimensions we cut to, checked against current-generation bodies rather than a nominal inch number.

Send us the exact model your program ships and we cut to it. A sleeve that is 1 cm too tight is the single most common reason a corporate bag order gets rejected at sample stage.
A 10 mm foam at the wrong density compresses on the first drop and never recovers. We spec closed-cell EPE or EVA foam by density and back it with a brushed tricot lining that will not scuff a lid.
The laptop must not sit on the floor of the bag. Our sleeves stop 2–3 cm above the base seam, so a bag set down hard transfers the shock into the padding rather than into the machine.
Laptop compartments open and close more than any other part of the bag. We use #8 or #10 coil at that opening rather than the #5 you often find on a cheaper build — it is a small cost line and the most common failure point.
Where the risk is rain, a TPU surface coating plus a flap over the top zip beats a heavier uncoated fabric. For genuinely wet environments we build the sleeve into an RF-welded body instead.
