Start from one of our 229 production-ready styles and we modify it to your spec — dimensions, fabric, lining, pockets, hardware, trim — then build it under your brand. Delivery, thermal, marine, riding, camping, waterproof, recycled and heavy-duty programs, all from 1,000 pieces.

ODM at YCT means you pick a style from our 229-style shelf and we modify it to your specification — dimensions, fabric and coating, lining, pocket layout, hardware and trim — then build it under your label. OEM is the other route: you supply an existing design — a complete tech pack, a physical sample, or a photo of a style already on the market — and we manufacture to it. Both routes start from something that already exists — which is what keeps our sampling fast and cheap. YCT has been doing this since 1996 — 30 years of pattern and production work across delivery, thermal, marine, riding, camping, waterproof, recycled and heavy-duty bag categories, from 1,000 pieces per style with DDP delivery worldwide.
Every line below is an existing production capability rather than a catalogue promise — we have tooling, patterns and material sources for each.
Insulated food-delivery backpacks and takeaway totes with rigid inserts, wipe-clean linings and reflective panels. Built to hold shape when loaded and to survive daily commercial use.
PEVA-lined cooler totes, insulated backpacks and leakproof thermal carriers — the picnic, grocery and meal-prep category, with foil or foam insulation specified to your temperature-hold target.
RF-welded PVC dry duffles and roll-top packs for wet decks: fused seams with no needle holes, corrosion-resistant hardware, and high-visibility colorways.
Tie-down dry duffles, tail packs and cycling hydration vests — welded or coated bodies, reflective trim, and strap systems engineered for vibration.
Packable daypacks in 30D silnylon, UHMWPE ripstop expedition duffles and MOLLE-ready packs. The ultralight end of our range, where grams and pack-down size decide the sale.
Two genuinely different constructions: RF-welded PVC (waterproof, zero needle holes) and TPU surface-coated sewn fabric (water-resistant). We quote both so you can price the difference.
210D and 600D RPET woven from recycled bottles, sourced from GRS-certified suppliers with Transaction Certificates per order, plus organic cotton and jute for plastic-free programs.
Wet-dry gym duffles, 900D MOLLE tactical packs and reinforced-base work totes — the builds specified by load rather than by look.

OEM means you supply the design and we manufacture to it — as a complete tech pack, as a physical sample we can match, or as a photo of a style already on the market that we build the pattern for. ODM at YCT means you start from one of our 229 ready-made styles and we modify it: dimensions, fabric, lining, pocket layout, hardware and trim, then build it under your brand. Both routes start from something that already exists — a style, a product on the market, a sample, or a tech pack. Our OEM vs ODM guide breaks down which route fits which buyer.
1,000 pieces per style. Every ODM project starts from a style already on our shelf, so the pattern, the tooling and the material sources exist — that is what keeps the sample fee at $10–30 and the first sample at 7–10 days.
Your brand, your logo, your colourway, your labels and packaging are yours, and we do not show your branded version to another buyer. The underlying shelf style stays open stock and remains available to other customers — which is exactly why it is cheaper and faster than a bespoke build.
Roughly 7-10 days for the first physical sample once the base style and the modifications are agreed, then 25-30 days for bulk production after sample approval. Complex constructions - welded bodies, wheeled builds, insulated linings - sit at the longer end.
A style code from our shelf and the changes you want to it, your first-order quantity, your target per-unit price, and your brand website. If the style you have in mind is not on our shelf, the other three routes are a photo of a style already on the market, which we match to the closest pattern we have or build a pattern for; a physical sample you post to us; or a complete tech pack. What all four have in common is that the bag already exists in some form — which is what lets us quote and sample it accurately.
Style code (or category), the changes you want, quantity, target price and your brand website in one message. Pricing, material options and a sample timeline come back the same day.
