YCT Bag was established in 1996 in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China — one of the country's most established manufacturing regions for bags and luggage. We have over 30 years of OEM and ODM bag manufacturing experience, serving corporate gift companies, brand distributors, and promotional product buyers worldwide.

Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style across all product categories. For very large volumes (5,000+ pcs), we can offer further pricing flexibility — contact us to discuss.

Standard production lead time is 25 to 30 days from deposit payment and design approval. For urgent orders, please contact us — rush production may be available depending on current capacity. We will always confirm lead time before you place your order.

Yes, on two routes. OEM — we manufacture to an existing design, supplied as a complete tech pack, as a physical sample we can match, or as a photo of a style already on the market that we build the pattern for. ODM — you start from one of our 229 ready-made styles and we modify it: dimensions, fabric, pocket layout, hardware and trim. Every project here starts from something that already exists — a style on our shelf, a product on the market, a sample in hand, or a tech pack. Pantone color matching, custom hardware, branded labels and packaging are included on both routes, and a physical sample is always made for your approval before mass production.

Yes. We always produce a physical sample for your approval before starting mass production. The sample fee depends on what you need and is fully refunded once you place your bulk order: an existing stock sample for reference is USD 10–30; a custom sample for a simple or small bag is USD 30–80; and a custom sample for a complex or medium-to-large bag is USD 100–300, quoted by size and complexity. Custom sampling works from something that already exists: a ready-made style with your changes, a photo of a style already on the market, a physical sample we can match, or a complete tech pack. If your design doesn't exist yet and lives only as a concept or a rendering, the practical starting point is the closest style on our shelf — tell us what to change about it. If you order directly from one of our reference samples, the pre-production sample is free and revised until you're satisfied. For our established long-term clients, reference samples are free and custom sample fees are reduced depending on the relationship. • Third-party factory audit — Richforth inspection report, covering production capacity, equipment, quality control, and worker conditions
• EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3 test reports — European toy safety standards (mechanical, flammability, migration of elements), tested by GST lab
• REACH SVHC test reports — for selected fabrics (e.g., 200D Nylon Diamond Ripstop), tested by Waltek lab
• Heavy metals & azo dyes test reports — Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, AZO colorants, all passed
• BSCI-supported production — for BSCI-required orders, production can be arranged at our sister facility Jinhua Lirong (amfori ID: 156-049856-001, audited Oct 2024, valid until Nov 2026)
• GRS-certified RPET fabric — sourced from GRS-certified textile suppliers (Transaction Certificates available)
• Custom test reports — for specific markets (CPSIA for US, Prop 65 for California, CE for EU), we arrange product-level testing at SGS, BV or Intertek per order

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping options include FOB (you arrange shipping from our port), CIF (we cover cost, insurance, and freight to your port), and DDP (door-to-door delivery, duties and taxes included). We handle all export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes, and compliance certificates for US, EU, UK, Australia, and Middle East markets.

The product — pick one route: a style code from our 229 ready-made styles (with any changes you want to dimensions, fabric, pockets, hardware or trim) · a photo of a style already on the market, which we match to the closest pattern we have or build a pattern for · a physical sample you post to us to match · or a complete tech pack.
2. Quantity — your real first-order number. Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style.
3. Target price — the per-unit figure you need to hit. It tells us which fabric and hardware grade to quote instead of guessing.
4. Your brand website — so we can see your market and positioning, and suggest specs that fit it.

With those four we usually come back the same day with pricing, material options and a sample plan.

Yes. Factory visits are arranged after sample confirmation — once your sample is approved and the project is real, you are welcome in Jinhua and we will help with the logistics. Before that stage, a video walkthrough of the production floor, our third-party audit report and test reports answer most of what a visit would.
